Our History

We were first known as American Used Clothing Corporation which was established in 1996. In 2006 A&E arose from American Used Clothing Corporation. We now occupy an 82,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Carteret, New Jersey. We are conveniently located within the New York metropolitan area; the warehouse is easily accessible from Manhattan and Newark Liberty Airport.

Since 1998 we have been providing schools, clubs, organizations, teams, and religious affiliated organizations with a simple way to fundraise for their programs. Our mission consists of providing a good quality of new or used clothing to developing countries. We would like to provide you with the best customer services, in doing so we are able to commit and schedule shipments and pickups in a timely manner.

As a professional company, for our suppliers (schools, organizations, clubs, etc), our objective is to provide fundraising opportunities through clothing drives.


Although, we are a profit organization we donate a portion of our proceeds monthly to the RPOA in New Jersey. In addition, we also help raise money for Food Pantries located all over the state of New Jersey. We sponsor these organizations with funds for their food programs, healthcare programs, and other activities for those who need it.

We believe that helping others needs to start in our Own Backyard!

After the tragic natural disaster that has occured in Haiti we felt it was our duty to help those in need, we donated a generous amount to Haiti Relief in February (please refer to the newspaper article in Testimonials).
