Q. What do you do with the clothing?
A: Clothing is sorted into different categories and shipped to developing countries.
Q. Can you give tax reduction receipts?
A: Yes, a customizable tax receipt template is available. It is the responsibility of your organization to distribute to your donors.
Q. Do you need volunteers to help load the truck upon arrival?
A: Yes! Volunteers are most welcome and greatly appreciated.
Q. Do you take CDs, books, and VCR tapes?
A: No, we do not.
Q. Do you take hard toys?
A: Yes, small hard toys are acceptable.
Q. What happens if there are less than 100 bags collected?
A. A Clothing Drive representative will be contacting you prior to your collection and you can provide them with a bag count. We ask that you get as close as possible to the minimum volume required.
Q. Should we pack clothing, shoes, and toys separately?
A. Please pack shoes into separate bags if possible.
Q. What size bags should we use?
A. Standard size kitchen bags approximately 13 gallon (garbage bags) or any drawstring garbage bag.
